Srishti Bali – Founder

Srishti is passionate about the importance of intersectionality in strengthening policy analysis and evaluation, political engagement and social discourse. She is also an advocate for the importance of critical thinking in fostering civic engagement. Consequently, she founded ‘Your Local Educator’ – an impartial online platform that aims to educate Australians and spark awareness about social issues impacting us today. As the Founder, she creates educational content for Australians across a range of media channels and collaborates with experts in academia, politics and the not-for-profit sector. She believes in the importance of meticulously creating content through consulting experts, academic literature and government resources to ensure Australians can access unbiased, yet accessible information, particularly in an environment where there is a large amount of biased information available.
